Rieslingfreak is thrilled to be partnering with Supernormal for a special Brisbane dinner showcasing the Rieslings of 2025. Recently opened in July 2024, Supernormal Brisbane marks the next exciting chapter from Andrew McConnell and Jo McGann. Set along Queen Street’s riverfront beside the iconic Customs House, the restaurant brings a bold, contemporary approach to Australian dining — inspired by the vibrant flavours of Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong, with both reimagined classics and fresh new creations on the menu.
