Passion infuses everything these regional stars do; now it’s your turn to enjoy their work up close. The Winemaker, Chef & Producer masterclass will cover different riesling’s styles and regions, with delightful morsels of heritage pork to match from Fino chef Sam Smith (think crisp pork crackling and acid-popping wine). From there you’ll move on to a relaxed Fino shared-platter lunch.

We are delighted to be collaborating with Daisy and Terry at their renowned Soi 38 restaurant in Adelaide. Soi 38 has evolved to showcase the dishes of Thailand’s regions, history and ethnic minority groups. Terry has devised a menu from across regional and remote parts of Thailand, ethnic minority groups and hill tribes to match with Rieslingfreak.
